Needs Analysis
Based on the information you provide when requesting your quote, we will determine your needs, your project goals and how best to achieve this. This is why it is very important for you to be as detailed as possible when requesting your quote.
We may have questions for you to help clarify certain ideas or issues and we will discuss these before submitting our quote, if necessary.

Contract Signing
Once we come to an agreement on project details, timeline and price,, we will prepare a contract for you to review, sign and send back to us together with your deposit (70% of the full amount)

Project Plan
A Project Plan with checklists and timelines are prepared for the client so that content collection is simplified and organized and all parties are aware of the milestones and key deadlines to keep on schedule – we believe this is the key to good communications. For small to medium-sized projects ( 1-2 days) For big projects (within 1 week)

Project Concepts
We will provide several concepts for your project for you to choose from. In most cases,
we will be able to provide these concepts within 3-5 business days following your start date. After you review the designs and decide which one you would like to use, we will continue to make modifications to the design until the final desired look is achieved.

Development
Our technical staff armed with schematic and functional specifications, an approved layout and all client content are ready to efficiently produce high quality navigation and back end functionality.

In-Progress Viewing
We will let our clients know the process of the project and clients should be available to review our works from time to time and confirm it step by step. We will make the modifications per our clients’ request.

Minor Adjustments / Changes
Minor adjustments to the project are included at no extra charge for up to two weeks after the project has completed (maximum of up to 3 hours labour). Minor changes include adding or changing text and photos etc. Any major revision requests will require additional discussions and may possibly incur a fee.

Testing
After all internal testing is completed, it's time for the client to provide input. We request their
feedback or punch list of requests for modifications or revisions.

Project Completion
Upon the client's final approval, the client should send the balance amount (30%) to our account.
